Refund policy

At VLR LuxFit, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale/discounted items
• Gift cards

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at vlrluxfit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
